Simple Saturday// Mozzarella Bites

 I love cheese. Especially mozzarella sticks! Here's an easy and healthier way to create them at home. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Get out three bowls or dishes. In the first one put some flower. In the second one create an egg wash. In the third put bread crumbs mixed together with whatever seasonings you like. Cut string cheese into whatever size you like. Take your cheese pieces and roll them in flour, taking care that they are completely covered. This will help the egg wash stick. Next, roll your floured pieces in the egg wash, again making sure that they are completely covered. From the egg wash, take your pieces and roll them in the bread crumbs until they are well covered. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
